Can I get on the app without using my organisation?

Not as of now, but plans are in place to make individual plans available for individual users at some stage in the future. In the meantime, why not get in touch with us or send someone our way to get everyone on board?

What happens if I skip the login process on the app?

You’ll be able to browse the app as if you were logged in, meaning you can still view deals, check out any events that are happening, etc. The only things you

won’t be able to do are making adjustments to your profile page or avail any of the offers on the app.

The app won't display any deals. What's happening?

For the moment, the app needs location services to function as intended. Please enable location services while using the app in the meantime. We’re looking into getting the app sorted so that location services are not required (though you’ll

likely have a harder time finding the closest deals in your area).

Are any of these offers available on public holidays?

Unfortunately, no, they are not.

I showed my app and the staff told me it wasn't a deal they were offering. What gives?

While we’re not responsible for the refusal or availability of deals on the app, email us on hello@etc-rewards.ae with a screenshot of the deal listed so that we can investigate the issue.

What's the full redemption process for these offers?

When you first arrive at the venue, mention to staff that you are an ETC Rewards member intending to use their offer. If necessary, show the offer on the app. Once it’s been accepted, enjoy the service. When paying for it, show the deal and pass your phone to the member of staff serving you. They will input the merchant pin and apply the discount.
